1. Overview
At Astranova Dynamics, we value long-term partnerships and transparent communication. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions applicable when a client or attendee wishes to cancel a service engagement, subscription, or webinar registration.
2. Services Covered
This policy applies to all services offered by Astranova Dynamics, including:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions
- Business Intelligence (BI)
- IT Consulting
- Automotive Engineering
- Digital Marketing
- Training & Internship Programs
- Webinars
3. Cancellation of Services
3.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to enquiry@astranovainc.com
- A minimum notice of 7 business days is required before the next billing cycle
- If notice is not provided within the stipulated time, the client will be billed for the next month
- The 50% advance payment already paid is non-refundable upon cancellation
- Any work completed up to the date of cancellation must be paid in full before project files or deliverables are handed over
3.2 Cancellation After Project Kickoff
- Cancellations after project commencement will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date
- The initial 50% advance will be forfeited
- Remaining dues, if any, must be cleared within 7 business days of cancellation
3.3 Cancellation Before Project Kickoff
- If cancellation is requested before work begins, a written request must be submitted
- The 50% advance payment remains non-refundable
- No additional charges will be applied
4. Cancellation of Monthly Retainer Services
- Clients on monthly retainer must provide 30 days written notice before cancellation
- The advance payment for the running month is non-refundable
- Services will continue until the end of the paid month after which engagement will cease
- Cancellations mid-month will not result in a pro-rata refund
5. Cancellation of Training & Internship Programs

6. Cancellation of Webinar Registration
- Webinar registrations are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed
- You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the webinar
- No-shows will not be eligible for cancellation credit or refund
7. Cancellation by Astranova Dynamics
Astranova Dynamics reserves the right to cancel any service or webinar under the following circumstances:
- Non-payment or delayed payment by the client
- Violation of agreed terms and conditions
- Circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
- Ethical or legal concerns
In such cases:
- Clients will be notified in writing at the earliest
- A pro-rata refund for unused services may be considered at our discretion
- Webinar attendees will be offered a seat in the next available session
8. Outstanding Dues Upon Cancellation
- All outstanding payments must be cleared within 7 business days of cancellation
- Astranova Dynamics reserves the right to withhold deliverables until full payment is received
- Delayed payments beyond the due date may attract a late payment fee
9. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
To cancel a service or registration, please contact us with:
- Full name and company name
- Service or webinar name
- Date of engagement or registration
- Reason for cancellation
