2. Services Covered

This policy applies to all services offered by Astranova Dynamics, including:

• Artificial Intelligence (AI) Solutions
• Business Intelligence (BI)
• IT Consulting
• Automotive Engineering
• Digital Marketing
• Training & Internship Programs
• Webinars

3. Payment Terms for Services

3.1 Advance Payment (Monthly)

• Clients are required to pay the monthly service fee in advance before the start of each month
• Services for the running month will only be initiated or continued upon receipt of the advance payment
• Failure to pay the advance amount on time may result in a temporary suspension of services

3.2 Initial Project Payment

• A 50% advance payment is mandatory before any project or service engagement begins
• This advance amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances once work has commenced
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid within 2 weeks from the date of the advance payment
• Failure to pay the remaining balance within the stipulated time may result in work being paused or terminated without a refund of the advance paid

• The 50% advance payment is non-refundable once the project has been initiated
• Monthly advance payments are non-refundable once the service month has begun
• If a client wishes to discontinue services, they must provide a written notice at least 7 business days before the next billing cycle
• No refund will be issued for work already completed or in progress
• Refunds will not be granted for delays caused by the client, including delayed approvals, content, or feedback

5. Webinar Policy

• All webinar registrations are final and non-refundable
• No refunds will be issued for:
  • Change of mind after registration
  • Non-attendance on the webinar day
  • Technical issues on the attendee’s end
  • Partial attendance or early exit
• Registration Transfer: You may transfer your seat to another person at no charge, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the webinar date
• Webinar Cancellation by Us: In the rare event we cancel a webinar, registered attendees will be offered a free seat in the next available session or a refund at our discretion

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

• Advance payments once work has commenced
• Monthly retainer fees once the service period has begun
• Webinar registrations under any circumstances
• Services delayed or impacted due to client-side reasons
• Change of mind or business direction after engagement
• Force majeure or circumstances beyond our control

7. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be considered if:

• Astranova Dynamics is unable to deliver the agreed service due to reasons solely on our end
• A duplicate or erroneous payment has been made
• A webinar is cancelled by Astranova Dynamics with no alternative session available

8. How to Raise a Refund Request

To raise a refund or payment-related query, please contact us with:

• Full name and company name
• Service name and date of payment
• Invoice or transaction number
• Reason for the refund request
